Sydney resides in Tampa, FL and is tirelessly dedicated to all aspects of her life. She has been an advocate for others since a young age. From working with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department to educate middle/high school students on bullying and saying something if they see something, to working as a caregiver and med-tech for Brooksville Senior Living (formerly Emeritus) and Atria Senior Living. Sydney brings a full spectrum of energy to every project and thrives in creative, fast-paced environments that are intellectually challenging. Her spare time is spent painting, writing, reading, DJing, playing basketball, tennis, and skating.

As a single teen mom of two children, Sydney broke barriers to study for her degree. In 2021, she graduated from the world-renowned Full Sail University with her Bachelor of Science in Audio Production and opened her own audio company. Starting her own company helped Sydney realize her passion for leadership and business. This led her to seek her Master of Science degree in entertainment business.

A myriad of experiences spanning across the country gives Sydney a deep understanding of cultural diversity. As a keen observer, she’s learned to remain objective and understand different perspectives before providing insight. Sydney has a passion for helping others and values accountability, candor, and integrity. As an avid learner with a DIY mentality, what she does not know, she is willing to learn. She currently works diligently to guide Full Sail students and employees with their everyday technical needs as a Technical Support Specialist. Problem-solving is a skill she not only relies heavily on but also finds gratifying, if not at work with students and employees, at home with her children. Sydney excels in time-management and believes margin and selectivity are essential keys to excel in fast-paced work environments and high-pressure situations.

Sydney has a great deal of intestinal fortitude and it aides in the accomplishment of her goals. Her primary goals are to be the best version of herself and for people to be better off after knowing her and/or having an encounter with her.
