Life Changing Atomic Habits

A month ago I wrote a post on Facebook about starting a Book Club, as a joke. A few people were interested so I decided to make it a facebook group that has 10 members. The first book we are reading is Atomic Habits by James Clear. Atomic Habits is full of small things people can do to completely change their lives with the science and history facts to back it up. Additionally, there are extra resources like diagrams, habit stacking worksheets, and habit tracking activities.

Turning Pressure into Power

My current position in IMT Tier 1 entails nonstop customer service, problem-solving, and multitasking. My manager provided me this resource and after watching it, I felt refreshed and equipped to handle my workload and improve my workflow/processes.
